Groups
Planning a group visit? We look forward to welcoming everyone to The Dot Experience. Advance reservations are required for groups larger than 10.

Location
Once open in October 2026, The Dot Experience will be the front door of the historic American Printing House (APH) campus in Louisville, Kentucky. Since 1858, APH has served as the world’s largest nonprofit organization creating accessible learning experiences through educational, workplace, and independent living products and services for people who are blind or low vision.

The Dot Experience will be open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We look forward to welcoming you when we open our doors in October 2026!

Factory tours
Go behind the scenes to get an inside look at APH’s working facility. Guided factory tours will be offered daily at 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. EST. Check back in October 2026 to purchase your tickets.

Holidays and closures
The Dot Experience is closed New Year’s Day, Derby Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Additional holiday closures may apply.
