Unlike traditional event venues, every space is designed to be inclusive and welcoming

Yes. Organizations can reserve the entire museum for private events, including access to
the lobby, exhibit galleries, Hall of Fame, and APH factory tour. Full-museum rentals
provide a truly unique event experience in one of Louisville’s most distinctive venues.
Some event spaces include access to select exhibits. If you’d like to include galleries or
additional areas museum spaces as part of your event, just let us know. Our team can help
customize your event package to create a unique experience for your guests.

Yes. Outside catering is welcome. Our team will work with your caterer to help ensure
food service aligns with the accessibility, logistics and guest experience standards of The
Dot Experience.
Yes. Most event spaces include standard tables and chairs as part of the rental. If your event
requires linens, specialty furnishings, décor, staging, or additional equipment, our team can
recommend trusted local vendors to help bring your vision to life.
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available for event guests, including accessible parking
spaces located near museum entrances. Reserved parking arrangements may be available for

Absolutely. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the museum for all event attendees
The Dot Experience and is included with all event rentals. Guests can stay connected during
meetings, presentations, receptions, and private events.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your
event reservation, please contact our events team as soon as possible. We’ll review available
options and help determine the best solution based on your event date and venue
agreement.
