An inclusive, first-of-its-kind accessible museum is taking shape in Louisville, Kentucky as American Printing House for the Blind prepares to open the Dot Experience, a space designed to highlight inclusion, education, and the contributions of blind and low-vision Americans. Opening in October 2026, the 28,000-square-foot museum is expected to draw 30,000 to 50,000 visitors annually while offering hands-on, fully accessible exploration through touch, sound, and braille without assistance.
