Rare Recording of Helen Keller to be Archived in Louisville

A 90-year-old time capsule from the American Foundation for the Blind, originally sealed in Manhattan and featuring rare audio recordings of Helen Keller, has been uncovered and preserved for public access. The collection, now archived by the American Printing House for the Blind in Louisville, will be showcased at The Dot Experience, a new museum opening in 2026. The historic Helen Keller speech and other artifacts from the time capsule will debut in a livestream reveal, offering a unique look into preserved blind history and archival audio discovery.
