In Louisville, Kentucky, the inclusive museum experience at American Printing House for the Blind is set to expand with The Dot Experience, a first-of-its-kind attraction focused on accessibility and blindness education. The upcoming museum will feature hands-on, touch-based exhibits, educational activities, and a behind-the-scenes braille factory tour designed to immerse visitors in the lived experience of blind and low-vision individuals. Opening in fall 2026, The Dot Experience will also include immersive storytelling about figures like Helen Keller, helping raise awareness about disability, accessibility, and inclusion.
